Job Description
We are seeking motivated Records/Data Entry Officers (casual, on-going) for our client located at Camellia.
Our client is a privately-owned information management organisation, providing records management and storage solutions for both government and private sectors.
COMMITMENT
40 hour week, Monday to Friday; commencing on the AM shift with post-training option to work PM shift
THE ROLE
Working within a high-performing and focused team processing archived documents, your records management experience will be well-regarded, but is not essential for this large-scale records digitisation project.
Training is provided in all aspects of the roles within the team, which include and not restricted to;

Preparing documents for digitisation (removing staples/paperclips)

Operation of high speed scanners / imaging equipment

Quality assurance and indexing

Data entry, transcription and data-matching of hand-written documents dating from 1800s-1900s
To be a successful contender for this high performing team you must;

be physically fit, able to lift and carry archive boxes

have high level data entry (alpha-numeric)

have excellent computer literacy
-
high attention to detail
-
be able to easily read and transcribe cursive writing

available to work both AM and PM shifts
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS

National Police Check (issued within past 6 months)**

Working With Children Clearance (Employee status)**

Willing to undertake Government Security Clearance with full disclosure of criminal record/offences and contact with offenders
